Bayanati ("Bayanati", "we", "us") operates the website at bayanati.dev. We are Bayanati, a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain under commercial registration number 194623-1, with our office in Manama, Bahrain.

This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through this website: the demo request form, the contact form, the sign-in page and your visits to the site.

It does not cover business data that customers upload to the Bayanati platform. That data is governed by the customer agreement and data processing terms signed with each customer.

  • Book a demo: name, work email, company, phone number (optional), role, company size, country, the systems you are interested in, where your data is kept today, preferred demo language, notes and your marketing preference.
  • Contact form: name, email, topic and message.
  • Sign-in page: the email address entered, page language, time and browser type. We do not send, store or log any password entered on this page.
  • Technical data: the hosting provider automatically records basic request data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to operate and secure the site.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in free-text fields.

We use your details for direct marketing only if you tick the product updates checkbox. You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link or emailing us.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website, under contracts that require them to protect it:

  • Vercel Inc. (website hosting), United States
  • Resend (delivery of form notification emails), United States
  • Google LLC (Gmail, where we receive and manage enquiries), United States

We may also disclose data where Bahraini law, a court order or a competent authority requires it.

Our service providers process data in the United States and possibly other countries. We transfer personal data outside Bahrain only in line with Law No. 30 of 2018 on Personal Data Protection, to countries the Personal Data Protection Authority recognises as providing adequate protection, or on another basis the law allows.

The site uses one cookie to remember your language choice. It is necessary for the site to work and contains no personal data. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

  • Demo requests and messages: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer.
  • Sign-in attempts: 90 days.
  • Files you upload during a demo: deleted after the demo unless you ask us in writing to keep them.
  • Technical logs: as long as the hosting provider keeps them, normally a few weeks.

Under Bahraini law, you may ask us to:

  • tell you whether we hold personal data about you and give you a copy;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • delete or block data processed unlawfully or no longer needed;
  • stop processing your data, including for direct marketing;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit access to the people who need it, and choose providers with recognised security practices. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify the Authority and affected individuals of a breach where the law requires.

This website is intended for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version. We will highlight significant changes on this page.
